CIRCULATION PROBLEMS

Circulation problems can signal a serious problem. High blood pressure,varicose veins, phlebitis, arteriosclerosis, and heart disease are all associated with poor or sluggish circulation.Causes include lack of exercise, low-fiber diet, constipation, internal toxicity, stress, and high cholesterol—all of which cause plaque buildup on arterial walls.

Circulation problems are defined as sluggish blood flow leading to cardiovascular problems.

Symptoms
Symptoms include poor memory, cold hands and feet, headaches,ringing in the ears, hearing loss, shortness of breath, dizziness, leg cramps,varicose veins, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and swollen ankles.
